We offer full refunds for cancellations made 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. This policy allows us to maintain the intimate nature of our retreat and prepare for your arrival with utmost care. Standard check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free experience.

We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquil atmosphere of Alkaa.in. Any damage to property during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly. For any specific queries or requests regarding your booking, please reach out to our team directly. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you require any special arrangements to ensure your comfort.
